Marked price of motor cycle = Rs 46000
Discount = 5%
$∴$ Discounted price of motorcycle = Rs $(46000 - 46000 \times \frac{5}{100})$
= Rs (46000 - 2300) = Rs 43700
Sales tax on Rs 43700 $= 43700 \times \frac{10}{100} = R s 4370$
Amount, Nazim has to pay for motorcycle = Rs (43700 + 4370)
= Rs 48,070
