M.P. = Rs 23500
Sales tax = Rs 10% of Rs 23500
$=Rs\frac{10}{100}\times Rs23500=Rs2350$
Amount to be paid = Rs 23500 + Rs 2350 = Rs 25850
Extra central tax = 2% of Rs 25850
$=\frac{2}{100}\times 25850=Rs517$
Total amount to be paid = Rs 25,850 + Rs 517 = Rs 26,367
