Let the amount of salt required when 1cup of flour is used be x.

Then according to proportionality relation

34:118::1:x

34:98::1:x

3498=1x a:b::c:dab=cd

23=1x

x=32

x=112

Hence, 112 teaspoon of salt is required when 1 cup of flour is used.
