NO + O2NO2

Given, mass of NO=20.3 g

Mass of O2=5.89 g

No. of moles of NO=20.314+16=20.330=0.61 moles

No. of moles of O2=5.8932=0.184 moles

So, O2 is limiting agent.

1 mole of oxygen produce1 mole of NO2

0.184 mole of O2 produce0.184 mole of NO2

Mass of NO2=(0.184)(14+32)=8.46 g
