Poor sight at early age is due to the extensive use of radiation emitting products like laptops, television, mobile phones etc. Lack of proper nutrition specially vitamin A, can cause weak eyesight.
Following are the steps to prevent eye problems:
a) Avoid work in dim light.
b) Avoid use of monitor of any kind like cell phones and tv etc.
c) Face the monitor at a optimum distance.
d) Cleaning of eyes on daily basis.
e) Avoid unnecessary stress on eyes.
f) Have nutrient rich diet and include foods which are rich in vitamin A.
