Carbon has a valency of 4.
If a single bond is formed by a carbon atom with a carbon atom, then 3 remaining valency are occupied by hydrogen atoms. So it will have 3 C-H bonds.
If four single bonds are formed by a carbon atom with four other carbon atom,then its outermost shell is completely filled. So it will have 0 C-H bonds
If two single bonds are formed by a carbon atom with two other carbon atoms,then 2 remaining valency are occupied by hydrogen atoms. So it will have 2 C-H bonds
Therefore, number of C–H and C–C single bonds respectively in structure are 22 and 9.
