Jar A will be the lowest amount of $C O_{2}$ . In Jar A, there is a plant. So, because the process of photosynthesis $C O_{2}$ will decrease continuously. In the case of Jar B, the amount of $C O_{2}$ would not vary that much because the amount of $C O_{2}$ consumed by the plant would be released by mice.
