The correct option is A $c = 0.63 p + 7$
Rate of $1$ pound carrot= 3.50$
$∴$ Rate of $2$ pound carrot= $2 \times 3.50 =$ 7.00$
Discount of potato= $.90 \times \frac{30}{100} =$ 0.27$
Rate of $1$ pound potatoes=.90- $.27 =$ 0.63$
$∴$ Rate of $p$ pounds potatoes= $.063 p$
