According to Charle's law

Let the initial volume be V.
Final volume, (V2)=?
Initial temperature, (T1)=27=(273+27)K=300K
Final temperature, (T2)=227=(227+273)K=500K
VV2=300500
V2=53V
Amount expelled = 200 mL
As we know that,
amount expelled =V2V1
53VV=200
23V=200
V=300mL=0.3L
Hence, the volume of the flask was 0.3 L
