The correct option is A 4 mL
Total volume of the mixture containing CO and N2 is 10 mL.
Let volume of CO= x mL, volume of N2 = (10x) mL.
The reactions are shown below:
CO2+12O2CO2
N2+O22NO
Volume of CO2 required by O2 =x2mL and volume of N2 required by O2 =(10x) mL
x2+(10x)=7,x=6mL
Hence, volume of N2=106=4 mL
