Let each of the other three angles be equal to $x .$

$120^{\circ} + 3 x = 360^{\circ}$ [By angle sum Property of a quadrilateral]

$\Rightarrow 3 x = 240^{\circ}$

$\Rightarrow x = 80^{\circ}$

$∴$ Each of the three angles are = $80^{\circ}$
