The total number of outcomes of a deck of 52 cards are 52.

Since, there are 2 cards of black king and 2 cards of red king in a deck of 52 cards, therefore, the total number of favourable outcome that it is a black king is 2.

Therefore, probability P of not getting a black king is:

P=252=126

Hence, the probability of not getting a black kingis 126.
