So Anita got$=\frac{x}{2}$

So Sandy got$=\frac{x}{2}-5$

Given that,

$x+\frac{x}{2}-5=16$

$\frac{3x}{2}=21$

$3x=42$

$x=14$

So they got $14,7,2$ shells.
