Solution

Step 1: Finding number of cup of sugar required for another fruit salad:

Sugar required for fruit salad = 12cup

Sugar required for another fruit salad = 2tablespoon

According to the question, 1tablespoon=116cup

Number of cup in 2tablespoon=116=18cup

Therefore, another fruit salad need of18cupof sugar.

Step 2: Finding the difference of cup of sugar :

Difference of cup of sugar needed for both fruit salad = 12-18

=48-18=4-18=38

Hence,38cup more sugar required by first fruit salad.
