$ABCD$ is a triangle, in which $AB=CD=10$m & $AC=12$m.

Now, $AD=BC=$$\sqrt{{AC}^2-{CD}^2}=\sqrt{{12}^2-{10}^2}$

$=$$\sqrt{44}=2\sqrt{11}m$

Therefore area of rectangle $=AB$ $\times$ $BC=10$ $\times$ $2\sqrt{11}=10\times 2\times 1.41$

$=28.2m$
