Out of 1800 in a school, 750 opted basket ball, 800 opted cricket and remaining opted lawn tennis. If a student can opt only one game, find the ratio of:

the number of students opting basket ball, cricket and lawn tennis respectively in lowest terms.

Total number of students in the school= 1800

Number of students opted basketball =750

Number of students opted cricket =800

Number of students opted lawn tennis =1800-750+800=1800-1550=250

Ratio of the number of students opting basket ball, cricket and lawn tennis=750:800:250

Lowest term of 750:800:250 can be obtained by dividing each term by their HCF 50

750×150:800×150:250×150=15:16:5

Hence, Ratio of the number of students opting basket ball, cricket and lawn tennis respectively in lowest terms is 15:16:5
