Solution

The said parents have a daughter with O blood group, we can assume that both parents are heterozygous.

Hence,

Parental Phenotype - A group(genotype-AO) x B group(genotype-BO)

Parents: Heterozygous A Blood Father X Heterozygous B Blood Mother

Alleles: I A i X I B i

F1 progeny I A i I A I B I B i ii

The blood types of their children:

1/4 - AB Blood group.

1/4 - A Blood group.

1/4 - B Blood group.

1/4 - O Blood group
