Current is the rate of flow of charge. A circular magnetic field is produced around the straight current carrying wire.

Flow of alpha particles also constitutes current. So, similar circular magnetic field will be produced around the path of the alpha particles.

Neutrons are neutral particles. So, flow of neutron particles don’t constitute current.
