An employer reduces the number employers in the ratio 15:8.
Let the original number of employees =15x
The current number of employees =8x.

An employer increases their wages in the ratios 14:25.
Let the original wages=14y
The current wages =25y.

The total original wages =15x*14y=210xy
The total current wagres = 8x* 25y= 200xy

Ratio = 210xy: 200xy=21:20
So the wages decrease.
