(i) The marketing management philosophy that is being adopted by Nish is 'The Product Concept'.
(ii) The main focus of the product concept lies on the improvement of the quality of the product. That is, the company pursuing this philosophy will emphasize on the development of the product on the basis of its features, quality and performance rather than the quantity. To reach the end i.e., maximising the profit, the company uses the means i.e., improving the quality of its product.
