1) In a day the hour hand moves two round of clock.
One round of clock is 12 hours.
So, two round of clock = $2\times 12$ = 24 hours
So, 1 day = 24 hours
$\Rightarrow d=24h$

2) Since 1 hour = 60 minutes
so, 1 minute = $\frac{1}{60}$ hour
$\Rightarrow m=\frac{h}{60}$

3) 1 month = 30 days
So, $m=30d$

4) 1 week = 7 days
so, w = 7d
Weeks and 5 days is given by;
$w=7d+5$
