Primitive unit cell is the smallest possible structure of a crytal lattice whiche when repeated over a entire space constructs the entire crystal structure.
Primitive unit cell are of three types :

1) Simple unit cell
2)Face Centred cell
3) Body Centred cell

Thus Centred unit cell is a type of Primitive unit cell.
