a. The Constitution drafted by the National Assembly began with the Declaration of rights of a Man and citizen and provided for certain inalienable and natural rights to its citizens like right to life,liberty.
The Constitution by Olympe De Gouges began with the Declaration of rights of the Woman and citizen and gave recognition to the rights of a Woman.
b. The constitution limited the powers of the monarch, provided for separation of powers among the three organs of the government but most importantly it accorded recognition to the rights of a man
The constitution accepts man and women as equal citizens and that they must be treated in par.
c. The constitution drafted by National Assembly regards women as passive citizens, it does not allow for their participation in the political affairs.
The Constitution regards women as active citizens like men , with equal participation in the governance of the country.
