Yes electrons have energy ,according to Bohr's model of an atom, electrons revolve only in certain special orbits known as discrete orbits of electrons also called ad energy levels.These different-different energy level or orbits have their own energies and hence of electrons revolving in them.

However an electron can be shifted from one energy level to another(excitation of electrons) .
