Does all cells consist of all the organeles present in an animal & plant cell ?

Though most of the cell organelles are present both in plant and animal cells, there are few exceptions that are mentioned below.

Plant Cell	Animal Cell
Plastids are present which contain chloroplasts.	Plastids are not present.
Large vacuoles are found.	Vacuoles are very small in size.
Centrioles are absent.	Centrioles are present.
Lysosomes are not typically found in all plant cells.	Lysosomes are found in all animal cells.
