during the process of earthing when +ve charge or -ve charge get transfered to the earth, then why doesn't sparks take place in the interior ?

Hi Antriksh!
The electric sparks are produced when the dielectric property of air breaks down. When small amounts of charges are transferred, this will not happen. But you can see huge sparks of lightning when a large amount of charge is transferred from the cloud to the earth or to another cloud.
