Fertilizers can be organic (manures) and inorganic ( chemical fertilizers). then why are they only called inorganic salt?

Most fertilizers contain inorganic compounds of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, the latter of which is in the form of a salt potassium chloride (KCl).This is why they are called inorganic salts.
