have you ever experienced that the train in which you are sitting appears to move while it is actually at rest? if yes explain why. what do you learn from this experience?

Yes the train appears to move because when we continue our journey in train over a long distance our body have same inertia of motion , direction , rest .Over a long distance journey in the train, our body is habituated hence when the train is at rest we feel that it is in motion but actually it remains in rest.
