Sexually reproducing cells or germ cells of the body will undergo meiosis or reductional division. In this daughter cell will get half the number of chromo some from each parent. Zygote will be form by the fusion of two gametes and both of them have half the number of chromosome to the parent cell. Finally zygote contains the same number of chromosome as parent cell have by the fusion of two gametes.
