how to make a bacteria culture
For making a bacterial culture, we require medium for the growth of bacteria, a sterile (free from microbes) working bench and an incubator for providing proper temperature for growth of bacteria.
Bacteria can be cultured in conical flask containing growth medium. A small amount of bacteria is added into the flask under sterile conditions. The flask is then kept in the incubator for 12-16 hours. During this time bacteria grow and multiply in the flask and bacterial culture is formed.
