Curd- Lactobacillus.
Lactobacillus performs anaerobic respiration which makes the environment acidic and leads to curdling of milk.
Cake- Yeast
In cakes, Yeast reproduces rapidly and produces carbon dioxide during respiration. Bubbles of the gas fill the dough and increase its volume thus making cake fluffy.
Streptomycin medicine- Streptomyces griseus
The antibiotic Streptomycin is manufactured by growing bacteria Streptomyces and used to cure a variety of diseases.
