Calculate number of moles of gas using ideal gas equation (assuming STP):

pV = nRT

n = pV/RT

n = 1*100/0.0821*273

n = 4.46

Converting moles to molecules:

4.46 * 6.023*10^23

= 26.86 * 10^23 molecules
