if the difference between a three-digit number and the number obtained by reversing its digits is always divisible by 99 then it can be also divisible by 3,9,11 and 33.

am i right?

Always mind that if a number is divisible by m, then it is also divisible by all factors of m.

Suppose a number say 120 is divisible by 24, then it is also divisible by the factors of 24.

Since the difference is divisible by 99, so it is also divisible by the factors of 99 i.e 3, 9, 11, 33.
