if two parallel plate capacitors are connected in series(charge on it ), one end of combine series earthed then why charge on it not drawn to earth ?

Charge from the capacitor draws when potential difference between the plates changes, when one end of the capacitor is connected with the earth, potential difference between the plates remains the same and charge will not flow out.
