Hours of usage =2hours
Total consumption of electricity per day = (2h×500W) + (2h×1500W) = 4000Wh =4kWh
Total consumption for 30days = 30× 4kWh =120kWh =120 units
Cost of electricity per unit = Rs.3
Therefore, cost of electricity for 30 days = 120×3Rs = Rs.360
