Solution

Aloe Vera is a vascular plant and has both xylem and phloem for transportation of water and food just like all other vascular plants. Photosynthesis occurs in the thick leaves of aloe vera. As the leaves of aloe vera are covered by thick waxy coating, transpiration rate is slow.
