In the process of photosynthesis, Which of the rays are taken by the plants from sun ?

The red and blue wavelengths of the electromagnetic spectrum are mostly used by plants in photosynthesis. The region between 400nm and 700nm is called as Photosynthetically active radiation (PAR). In this range rate of photosynthesis is very high.
