Given, μ=1.5, A=3

For a small prism the angle of deviation is given by

δP=(μ1)A

δP=(1.51)3=0.5×3=1.5

From figure, im=1.5

For a mirror angle of deviation is given by

δm=π2im

δm=π2×1.5=1803=177

The total deviation is given by

δ=δP+δm

δ=1.5+177=178.5

Hence the correct answer is option (D).
