Solution

Spindle shaped cells with big central nucleus is a non striated muscle so this is ruled out
b) Red coloured, biconcave disc shaped enucleated cells are RBCs so this is ruled out

c) A cell body with branched extensions at one end and a long projection at the other is a nerve cell

d) Round or oval cells with a bilobed nucleus is Eosinophil, so this is also ruled out

So the right answer is C. Because a nerve cell is observed having a cell body, branched cytoplasmic extensions (dendrites) and a long extended fibre –the axon.
