Our body is mostly composed of carbon, and carbon is made up of atoms. So can we say that our body is composed of atoms?

Actually our body is composed of cells. And if the above statement is correct then can we say that atom is same as cells. Why or why not?

Our body is composed of cells. These cells contains 70% water , inorganic ions and organic compounds. These organic compounds are made up from carbon, oxygen, nitrogen and many more atoms. Atoms combine to form compounds, these compounds, water and many inorganic molecules together form cells and these cells form the main constituent of our body. Cells and atoms are not same.
