Sancturies and zoos are meant to protect and conserve particular species of wildlife. Sancturies are not bound by state legislation. Killing, hunting or capturing of any animal species is prohibited. Forestry and other activities such as grazing of domestic animals are permitted as long as these activites do not adversely affect the wild life. In Zoos some species are bred in captivity . The animals are protected from external dangers and are monitored continuously for any sort of diseases.
