(2) Solenoid: A coil of many turns of insulated copper wire wrapped around a material or vacuum in the form of a tightly packed helix is known as solenoid.
(3) Electric motor: An electric motor is a rotating device that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy. A number of household devices such as fans, mixers, grinders, washing machines etc. consist of a motor.
