a. The principles given by the taylor are based upon bottom downward approach, while fayol's principles are based upon top upward approach.
b. The fayol's principles are general and carry a high degree of flexibility, on the other hand taylor's principles are very specific.
c. Taylor's principles stress upon workers efficiency whereas fayol's principles stress upon managerial efficiency.
