Suppose the breadth of the rectangle is x.
Then length of the rectangle = (2x + 4)
And perimeter of rectangle = 2{x + (2x + 4)} = 188 m
$$\begin{gathered} \Rightarrow 2\{3x+4\}=188 \\ \Rightarrow 6x+8=188 \\ \Rightarrow x=\frac{180}{6}=30 \end{gathered}$$
So breadth of rectangle = 30 m
And length of rectangle = $2\times 30+4=60+4=64\mathrm{m}$
Therefore area = $64\times 30=1920{\mathrm{m}}^2$
