Then when we push back into our stomach then we do'not get vomiting ?

Solution

When we push back our stomach, we push the diaphragm as we do while breathing. The movement of the stomach is not in our control. So, we do not vomit when we push back our stomach. Furthermore, vomiting is an involuntary action (not in our control) that results in expulsion of food from stomach through mouth.
