MATHEMATICAL ANSWER :
Total number of birds = 50
Number of birds killed = 5
So, number of birds left = 50 - 5 = 45

On the other hand, we can also assume that when the hunter fires a shot, then the remaining birds will flew away from the tree as they will get frightened. So, birds left on the tree will be 0.
