1. Plant and animal cells differ in size. While the normal range of size for animal cells vary from 10 to 30 µm, that for plant cells varies between 10 and 100 µm.
2. A plant cell cannot change its shape due to the presence of rigid cell wall whereas an animal cell can change its shape as cell wall is absent in animal cell.
