The magnetic field is created by the magnet and when charge particle is moving with some velocity in both cases they produce
a magnetic field around them ,actually the magnetic fiels is due to current or magnetic material . a magnetic field is the property of a magnet itself , the field lies gives the force at any point in the magnetic field but magnetic field does not carry any type of matter .
