Recycling means converting waste to a usable material. It is a process of making or manufacturing new products from older ones that have already served their purpose. Some of the paper after use get converted to waster and latter same paper can be recycled to use it again using different industrial methods. Such paper which can be used again and again is called as recycled paper.

Steps in recycling of paper:

1. Pulping: Paper is finely chopped and mixed with water.

2. Screening: Reject unwanted materials

3. Cleaning

4. De inking the paper

5. Washing and bleaching

6. Upcycling or making new paper
