1) Acetaldehyde is formed.
CH≡CH HgSO4 40% H2SO4 CH3CHO

2) 2,3-Dimethylbutane is formed.
2CH3-CH(Cl)-CH3 Na CH3-CH(CH3)-CH(CH3)-CH3

3) Ethanoic acid and CO2 are formed.
CH3CH=CH2 + (hot acidified)KMnO4 → CH3COOH + CO2 +H2O
